There are currently estimated to be over 12 million Deaf or Hard of Hearing people in the UK. Many people do not feel confident when they are placed in a situation where they need to communicate with a Deaf or Hard of Hearing person.

We have 25 years experience

Bexley Deaf Centre have been delivering Deaf Awareness training for over 25 years and our sessions are aimed at breaking down these barriers, to equip people with the knowledge and skills to communicate confidently with a Deaf or Hard of Hearing person.

What we can help with

Our fun, interactive sessions are aimed at promoting equality and diversity and help to provide an inclusive environment for all. They are delivered by a member of the local deaf community and a BSL qualified presenter.

Refresher sessions
