We can assist with making telephone calls on your behalf like utility providers, insurance or the bank.
General advice and guidance

Support in-person
if you need someone to come along with you to the bank or when attending an appointment (please note: we cannot attend medical appointments or legal appointments, you would need to book an Interpreter. We can help you book an Interpreter if required).

This is a busy service and is available by appointment only. This ensures that you always have dedicated time with our Advice and Support Coordinator – Julie Ravariere-Moakes who will support you every step of the way.
If you are unable to attend your appointment at Bexley Deaf Centre due to mobility issues, Julie can come and visit you at home.
